Metalex Vietnam 2017 (Vietnam’s International Exhibition on Machine Tools & Metalworking Solutions for Production Upgrade) is the leading exhibition of metalworking tools and solutions in Vietnam, with more than 500 brands from 25 countries including Germany, Turkey, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, … and 10,000 industrial experts. In three days, more than 12 thousand visitors experienced the latest technologies, products and solutions in precision engineering, machine tools and metalworking as well as direct opportunities and effective business communication at the show.

Activities at Acme Inter’s booth this year, led by Mr. Pasiin Leephisuth – Business Development Manager and Ms. Vo Thi Kim Thoai – Sales Supervisor, focused on introducing release agent products under the brand Kernik that can be used in several manufacturing industries such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) production, particle board production, vehicle’s wheel molding, pulley belts molding, plastic molding, etc. Also, Acme has brought production from Höganäs, the leader of in metal powder technology, has provided material for biggest application in surface coating. The display booth is a part of the sales process for Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises. At the exhibition, customers will visit the production line, technical solutions to improve processing quality, speed of production, reduce expenditure processing fee. The manufacturing and supporting industries not only have a bright future, but also play an important role in the Vietnam’s economy – one of the most exciting markets in the ASEAN region.

Attending to this exhibition, Acme Inter had a great opportunity to move closer to Vietnam Business. We can find new business opportunities through exchanging, sharing and learning experiences in the manufacturing sector so as to collaborate in the business to achieve higher returns, and then reap much of the success.

Acme International (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Höganäs Sweden and Virtual Manufacturing Thailand, have come together to open a booth in Metalex 2017, where Höganäs, the leader of in metal powder technology, has brought metal powder product for 3D print coating and Brazing. There will also be demonstration for metal powder coating by using Powder Welding technique. Also, Acme has brought Release Agent products under the brand Kernik, that can be used in several manufacturing industries, such as, Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) production, particle board production, vehicle’s wheel molding, pulley belts molding, plastic molding, etc. Along with Visual manufacturing, as consultant for manufacturing process, by integrating technology and experience together, to upgrade the manufacturing industry and increase efficiency by utilizing lean  manufacturing process, to reduce the product quality instability caused by human error by using robots, waste reduction, reduce manufacturing time, reduce production budget, etc.

Acme International (Thailand) Limited leaded by Mr.Boonyawat Teeraprawatekul, Business Unit Manager (Performance Material Department), Mr. Pasiin Leephisuth, Business Development Manager collaborate with Welding Technology and Surface Laboratory (KEYLABWS), National Research Institute Of Mechanical Engineering (NARIME) organized a seminar on the topic of “The 1^st Thermal Spray  Seminar in Hanoi” On this occasion, Mr.Boonyawat Teeraprawatekul, Business Unit Manager (Performance Material Department), Mr. Tharanon Usana- Ampaipong, Technical Specialist had the honour of being lecturers in the seminar together with Associate Professor Le Thu Quy, Director of the Institute at P209, NARIME Building, Hanoi, Vietnam on July 25, 2017. There were many lecturers from universities, scholars, businessmen and interested parties.

After the seminar, Mr. Boonyawat Teeraprawatekul and Associate Professor Le Thu Quy discussed the  knowledge exchange  and academic cooperation at the next opportunity.

For the 4th Asia Brake Conference & Exhibition 2018, will be organized by Acme-Inter and held in Bangkok, Thailand. We hope to welcome all of you.

More than 6 years Acme International (Thailand) Ltd. and Höganäs Sweden joined the Metalex’s Fair. For this year, Höganäs introduced new technology from Rapid 3D Printing by using Additive Manufacturing in this show. Acme-Inter has launched 4 new products: KERLUBE – Hydraulic Oil; KERCUT – Soluble Cutting Oil; KERRUST – Rust Prevention Oil and KERLEASE – Release Agent under the brand “KERNIK”.

We, ACME-INTER co-organized the 5th PM School training course with Höganäs Sweden AB and MTEC, lasts 3 days during 27 – 29 July, 2016. The Key highlights of PM School course are knowing and understanding deeper in Sintering Process from the overview of Powder Metallurgy Science, powder production, and different powder grades through the production process.  From the course, with 30 participants joining have opportunity in participate the lab work and presenting their own group work in front of the class from what they have got after course.  With the good feedback we, ACME-INTER will continue to organize the PM School training course.

Acme-Inter was joined the Vietnam Manufacturing Expo 2016 on last 6-8 April 2016 at Hanoi International Center for Exhibition I.C.E which is the Vietnam’s Leading Exhibition on manufacturing machinery and technologies.   We are the one of the supporters and industrialists from Thailand.  We were representing the products brand “KERNIK” especially  KERNIK RELEASE AGENT for the industry of Die casting, Plastic, Wood Working, Rubber Part, and Tire.  We really appreciated for the good response from all visitors.  Thank you for visiting our booth.

This is the 1^st time that Acme International (Thailand) Ltd. joining the GRTE  (Global Rubber, Latex & Tire Expo) 2016.  We proudly presented our Release Agent and Multiple Release agent under our own brand “ KERNIK ”.  Our offer range is including the effective and economical Release Agent for various applications especially in Rubber molding, Tires and Glove Industry.  The product was well accepted by many people in the industry. Successfully with the feedback from all customers in the last exhibition “Metalex 2015″ from 18 – 21 November 2015 at the Exhibition Center, BITEC Bangna Bangkok, by concept “Infinite Solutions One Show.”  The exhibition showed the goods on machinery and metal from a variety of all countries in ASEAN.  This time Acme Inter and the company from Sweden Höganäs had showed and demonstrated the products under brand “Höganäs” like metal powder (Powder Welding) along with the KERNIK brand products for casting metal and KERNIK RELEASE AGENT for industrial production, such as Diecasting, Wood and Laminate, Rubber Part, Tire, Plastic and etc.

Nevertheless we also showed the Automatic roll-up door high speed (Automatic Roll-up High Speed Door) and the rotating block (Turnstile Door) under the brand ”KARTA”
